Join us at San Saba's First Baptist Church on Sunday, September 13th at 10:30 AM for a special Sunday filled with worship, fellowship, food, and fun! We will have a special guest speaker, Ronnie Hill, and a BBQ lunch immediately following the service along with water slides for the kids to enjoy. In place of our regular Wednesday evening Bible Study, we will gather in the Fellowship Hall for a special time of prayer as a congregation. We would love for everyone who is able to join us as we pray together.

Kids Connect and Youth leaders will receive direction from Jenna and JD regarding what their Wednesday evening will look like.

We are looking for members to serve as Decision Counselors during our upcoming BBQ Sunday event, helping guide those who respond to the Gospel and take their next step in following Christ. Training will prepare you to share your testimony, answer questions, and lovingly encourage those making a decision for Christ. After the training, we’ll head out to canvas our community and invite as many people as we can to join us for BBQ Sunday!

All members are encouraged to join us on Sunday, September 6th, immediately following the morning worship service for a special called business meeting. During this meeting, the church will vote to approve Jenna Arthur as our Children’s Minister. We encourage all members to attend and participate in this important decision as we seek God’s guidance for the future of our children’s ministry!

This special service will be a meaningful time of prayer and celebration as we recognize Sammy’s commitment to serving Christ and His church. 🎒 Back-to-School Event – Saturday, July 18! 📚

Get ready for the new school year! San Saba County school-aged students are invited to the Back-to-School Event on Saturday, July 18, from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM at the San Saba Elementary School Gym (701 E. Storey Street).

Students will receive backpacks, shoes, cleaning supplies, food trays, snacks, hoodies, and more to help them prepare for the 2026–2027 school year.

This event is provided by Convoy of Hope and the San Saba Ministerial Alliance to help support local families as they prepare for a new school year.

First come, first served. Supplies are limited and available while they last.

Help us spread the word to families in our community!

We will have a movie night watching Jesus Revolution at 7:00. Popcorn and snacks will be provided! Be sure to bring your comfy clothes!
